Knowledge passed through generations.
We grew up surrounded by natural remedies. Ginger when you weren't feeling your best. Turmeric in the kitchen. Plant oils for the skin. Leaves, roots and herbs prepared by mothers and grandmothers who may never have called what they knew 'wellness.' To them, it was simply life.
But as wellness became increasingly commercialised, much of this knowledge became disconnected from the communities and traditions that had practised it for generations. Carenina Natural exists to reconnect those worlds.
We develop natural wellness and skincare products inspired by African botanical knowledge and informed by modern approaches to formulation, quality and safety. We aren't interested in complicated wellness — we believe in simple rituals, thoughtful ingredients and products that can become part of everyday life.
